On March 11, 2022, the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration issued the Measures on the Administration of e-cigarettes, which will come into effect on May 1, 2022.
On April 8, 2022, the State Administration for Market Regulation and the Standardization Administration jointly issued the National standard GB 41700-2022 for e-cigarettes, which will be implemented on October 1, 2022.
