In order to offer you better services; please refer to the following procedures to transact test application. Thanks for your patrons!
1) Advisory Communication
New customers or new test samples are required to face-to-face or telephones communicate, fax or e-mail between the two sides, then go to the next step.

2) Fill Application Form
After preliminarily accepting our service(charge and test period), please fill the relevant application form in Chinese or English(E-mail, fax or download from the web)
3) Submit the samples

Please send the filled application form together with the samples to the following place:

4) Confirmation of services
Receiving your samples and application form, our customer service representative will check the information and contact with you, and according to the two sides true situation , offer you the test fee and test period in the form of quotation. 
5) Payment
Both sizes confirming, customer settle the payment in cash or check or remittance for the test progressing on time. The remittance receipt should be faxed to us. For long –term and steady customers, payment and the way would discuss additionally.

6) Test Arrangement 
After receiving the application form, samples and test fee, we will arrange the test in Guangzhou or Shenzhen Lab, and from that time on, test period is counted. Generally speaking, the test would be finished within the period as followings:
Ordinary Service: 5 to 8 working days;
Urgent Service: 3 to 4 working days and 50% of the ordinary test fee as a surcharge will be charged.
Extra Urgent Service: 1 to 2 working days and 100% of the ordinary test fee as a surcharge will be charged.
Component Anatomy Service: 10 to 20 working days and the urgent service fee would be discussed additionally.
* Test period differs depending on the test items and quantity, concrete test period lastly refers to the mutual agreement when making the quotation.   
7) Test Report
After the test finished, our laboratory issues anti-counterfeit test report with the chop of “ China National Analytical Center , Guangzhou , Analysis Report Seal”. There are three editions of test report: Chinese, English, Chinese and English report for your choosing. It is available to fax test report according customer’s request. The original test reports could be taken back by customers themselves, or sent by registered mail or express delivery.
8) Notes
We conduct the test according to the test application form, quotation and clauses listed in laboratory test report. Special circumstances or demands please make prior agreement with us; application form received after 3:00 pm (forms, samples and fee have been collected) working days must be calculated starting from next day. Statutory holidays are not taken as working days.
